REGISTRATION INFORMATION.

BUYER IDENTIFICATION CARD

This allows faster, easier access to the Fair. This photographic ID card removes the need for pre-registration to the Fair. Personal information can be held on the card and is swiped upon entry, therefore saving time and resources for your business.

During 2011 we began updating our Buyer Cards to the new BLUE card (pictured below). If you did not attend a JAA Jewellery Fair in 2011 you will be able to update your GOLD card when you attend a Fair in 2012. You do not have to re-register, just bring your gold card with you. If you haven't applied for a Buyer ID Card, make sure you pre-register, then you can obtain your Buyer ID Card on-site.

If you have changed company information, you will need to re-register with updated business documentation.

REGISTRATION CRITERIA

I've never attended a JAA Jewellery Fair-  OR - The last one I attended in Sydney and/or Brisbane was in 2009 or earlier:

I attended a Fair in Sydney/Brisbane in 2010 or Brisbane/Melbourne/Sydney in 2011, or Melbourne in 2012:

If you have recently established a jewellery business, and cannot comply with the Business Identification, contact the Jewellery Fair Registration Department to discuss entry requirements on +61 2 9452 7575 or by email to the Registration Department on jewelleryfair@expertiseevents.com.au prior to March 16,2012.

 

WARNING FOR VISITORS: Please note due the nature of documents required to be submitted to fulfil the registration criteria there is no online registration for this event. Please be aware there are some overseas websites that may claim to have registration facilities. Completing these online forms may result in your email account being spammed, and will definitely not grant you access to the Fair floor.

PLEASE NOTE: Entry requirements for the Fair have been developed in conjunction with our security provider and the Victorian Police. Strict adherence to the criteria for entry must be followed to ensure the safety of all our visitors and exhibitors.
Therefore we require documents verifying that all registered attendees are genuinely working in the Jewellery industry, as per the terms on the registration form. Family members must be working in the business and provide proof of employment. Friends, colleagues and associates cannot be registered to attend under your business name unless they can prove they genuinely work in your business.

If you are a new business we understand that the Fair is the ideal opportunity to source suppliers, however, we need to ensure, for the safety and security of both our visitors and exhibitors, that all visitors are genuinely participating in the jewellery trade.  Therefore, we ask for the specific business documentation so we can verify this.
